What's New.....

New item - see "minutes and financials" to view the 2009 Budget vs Actual financials for our HOA along with our proposed budget for 2010.

Spring Cleaning - Clean up and landscaping day planned at the Pool/Clubhouse - March 27 - It's time to plant, trim, clean-up, refurbish, etc.. Stay tuned for more information        
Roadside Refresh - "Mailbox Refresh" project for a good cause - The Byrnes High School "Relay for Life" team would like to paint your mailbox (cream colored portion) for $25 in order to raise money for a great cause.   The target date for completing this task is April 10th with a rain-out date of April 24th.  If you would like your mailbox painted, please notify David Kinney (david.kinney@hexion.com) or Teresa Schiltz (trschiltz@charter.net) so that we can plan the event.  It's a great way to beautify our neighborhood AND raise money for the American Cancer Society.
