Hello all, Here is the sketch of the man who approached the girl mentioned below on Tuesday night, 10/21 around 8:30 pm. Once again, he was driving a late model car, possibly a Buick Century. It was burgundy or possibly black, she couldn't tell for sure since it was dark. The brakes were very squeaky and it had issues with the muffler, it was very loud. He had black hair, cut short. He had a medium build and had on a dark sweater. He may look older than he does in the photo. She thinks he was between 30 and 40. If anyone seen him or recognizes him, please let us know. He stopped in front of her house around 8:30 pm on Tuesday night, 08/21. Please note that he did not break any laws because he did not get out of his car or put his hands on her in any way. However, we need to find out who he is so that the police can talk to him and make sure he does not do this again. Please feel free to contact me in case you have any questions.
